Job Description:
- Monitor closely the current accounts and costs of the office
- Overseeing the accounting work
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports alongside the accountant
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
- Develop, review and implement financial policies and processes
- Create financial reports with analysis on a quarterly and annual basis to drive strategy and business direction
- Expected outputs:
- 1. Monthly a. Financial Report Analysis (complete with all COA, T&B, P&L sheets and analysis) b. Budget Reports (using the 260 Inc. Key Financial Indicator Templates)
- 2. Weekly: a. Project Costs and Analysis b. Project Contract Updating and Tracking
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Associate or similar role
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using financial software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Highly encouraged to be a graduate of BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or similar.
- Has experience with coordination with government authorities such as the BIR, SEC, etc.
- Good coordination and communication skills with clients, partners, and suppliers for any financial related queries
