Your role

Responsibilities

  • Assist underwriters in evaluating insurance applications.
  • Review risk submissions against guidelines and principles.
  • Conduct research and analysis on properties.
  • Gather and verify information from clients and databases.
  • Prepare underwriting reports and proposals.
  • Collaborate with claims and sales departments.
  • Support policy issuance and endorsement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of underwriting activities.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and agents.

About you

Qualifications

  • Recent graduation or up to two years of work experience.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A curious nature and customer service mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and delivering high-quality services.
  • Passion for customer service excellence.
  • Initiative and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Economics, or Law are desirable.
