Job Qualifications:
1. A graduate of any business or technical-related course (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Civil Engineering, Math etc.)
2. Above average oral and written communication skills
3. Good organizational skills
4. Knowledge in real estate and/or project management is a plus
5. With at least 2 - year experience in project management specializing in real estate

Requires good leadership potential in driving teams. He/she will provide reliable support to a Project Development lead, ensuring a seamless execution of activities from project conceptualization to after-launch.
