Job Overview

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition (TA) team is seeking Sourcing Recruitment Trainees with multilingual skills (English and either Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, or Thai) who will undergo a 3-month traineeship program including classroom training and real work shadowing. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that includes paid traineeship and potential conversion to full-time employment on or before the expiration of the contract.

After the training, you will learn techniques that will help you build and execute candidate generation strategies in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers. Qualifications

• Must have professional or native proficiency in either Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, Thai, or Japanese. Must be proficient in English.
• Willing to undergo training to become a sourcing recruiter for 3 months.
• We welcome fresh graduates and career shifters.
• Bachelor’s degree for fresh graduates or several years of experience in another industry.
