What you’ll do:
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be in-charge of directing and supervising various engineering teams under a cutting-edge global company.
You will:
- Drive the team to advance beyond in delivering technical activities and achieve process improvements.
- Work with Product Managers to ensure delivery of agreed priorities.
- Establish programs to oversee, manage, and provide progress on all software development activities.
- Coordinate, supervise, and delegate movement and assignment of engineering resources.
- Conduct performance evaluation of assigned team(s).
- Cooperate with the company’s recruitment team in selecting the best qualified candidate(s) for the allotted engineering position.
- Foster a culture of HORENSO (Report, Communicate, Consult)
You must have the following:
- BS degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent
- At least 7-10 years of experience in a related field
- With supervisory or management experience. Exhibit strong leadership skills through a variety of challenging situations
- Strong experience in software design
- Expertise in programming languages such as C/C++/C#, Java, Python, Verilog HDL coding, TTCN3
- Expertise in the following:
- OS: Windows 10
- IDE: Visual Studio
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong foundation in wireless and mobile communications (3G, 4G, 5G) or wired technologies (Ethernet, fiber channel, USB and PCIE)
