Your role

• Marketing assistant for consumer lending group.
• Assist the account officer in serving the day-to-day requirements of salary or auto or home loan clients.

Compensation & benefits

AUB pays between Php13,000 to Php18,000 per month for entry-level and associate roles such as customer service, sales, and trainees.

Auditors may earn an average annual salary between Php357,000 and Php389,000. An accounting officer’s monthly salary may range from Php21,000 to Php23,000.

Programmers and software engineers may earn up to Php31,000 per month. Insiders said that employment benefits include 16th-month bonus pay, medical coverage, and a profit-sharing bonus.
