Business Development Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic business development intern to join the business development team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing business development strategies. Your focus will be to manage relationships with the clientele of our project, from the initial point of contact. You will have the opportunity to build relationships in the industry to strengthen your chances of finding employment upon graduation while also having an amazing experience as part of Fort Bonifacio Development Corp.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries.
• Assist in the conduct project presentations and on-site tours.
• Assist in the reporting and documentation of the project performance.
• Assist in promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, events, and web).
• General assistance and organizational support to the BD Team.

Qualifications

• Resourceful, creative, motivated.
• Interest in the real estate industry and its best practices.
• Eager to learn about real estate operations.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Photoshop.
• Currently a student or graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, Communication, or similar.
