About You:

To register, you must be due to complete your graduate studies in 2025 (or have already completed) a university degree qualification in an appropriate discipline.

You'll also need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance due to the nature of our work.

About the Opportunity: 

Gear up to illuminate the path to commercial success! Your role as a Commercial Graduate involves mastering the art of navigating business landscapes, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the profitability and sustainability of our ventures.

This position is available in two options: Stream 1 (non-rotational) or Stream 2 (rotational), based in Osborne (SA) & Garden Island (NSW).

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:

• Contribute to the creation of positive relationships between BAE Systems and its customers
• Develop sound commercial acumen
• Work collaboratively across operational and functional teams to ensure that BAE Systems win and execute profitable work
• Assist with the development of commercial documentation, including confidentiality agreements and commercial management plans
• Support the identification and management of risk and opportunities relation to our contracts
• Support compliance to import, export and ITAR regulations
