Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Manages and oversees end-to-end implementation of Endorser Management through third-party engagement, value negotiations, and service delivery.
- Executes negotiated media values of Endorser Contracts to maximize engagement.
- Analyzes and recommends utilization values to achieve marketing, communications, and business objectives.
- Strategizes and recommends celebrity endorsers/mega influencers aligned with the bank's branding direction.
- Conducts and coordinates talent briefings and meetings with endorser teams, agencies, and IMC.
- Actively manages endorser team partnerships for collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Identifies opportunities for endorser use and monitors endorsement contracts and sponsorships.
- Monitors endorser performance against campaign goals and recommends next steps.
- Manages A&P and OPEX budget for Endorsement Management.
- Ensures compliance with Risk Guidelines in Talent Contracts and Engagements.
- Manages internal and external relations with proper documentation of project requirements.
- Optimizes Endorser Management Processes for efficiency.
- Takes on special projects supporting the bank's brand strategies.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Mass Communications, Influencer Management, or Celebrity Management.
