Lead the development and management of operational risk policies and methods, ensuring alignment with risk management principles and regulatory compliance.
Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the implementation of the Bank’s framework for operational risk manuals.
- Formulate and review operational risk-related Bank manuals.
- Facilitate the publication and dissemination of approved manuals.
- Conduct the Annual Policy Review for assigned business units.
- Review operational risk assessments for product implementations and policy deviations.
- Promote awareness of the Bank’s manuals.
- Prepare materials for manual approvals and report submissions to Senior Management and Board Committees.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Communications, Organizational Management, Decision Sciences, or Information Technology.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Background in Banking, Risk Management, Compliance, or Bank Support Services.
