Training & Personal Development at Canva

At Canva you get to work with a team of talented engineers. Being a recent university graduate, it was overwhelming to see the amount of training and support that I received from my peers.

Not much of a formal training programme. However, we naturally learn from being put on projects and getting support from senior team members

Pretty much only at the start of the grad programme there was learning sessions, after that I've been too busy to put aside time to learn.

The first two weeks of the job is onboarding tasks - of which there are even more if you are an engineer. This does prepare you the best for your job, however can be a bit too much sometimes.
