As a Graduate, you will work as part of a project team on one of our business and technology-enabled transformation programs across different industry sectors helping our clients address significant business problems. You will be involved in technical development work with a focus on Digital Customer Relationship Management.
You will collaborate with colleagues from all over the world and develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable to each industry, allowing you to deliver innovative solutions for each client. From day one, you will take on real responsibilities and make significant contributions to Capgemini's success.

I am a manual tester on one of the big telco companies here in Philippines. I check the salesforce cart and other validations
work schedule of 9hrs a day, sometimes with overtime, during weekdays only. My everyday work responsibilities are loaded but it's manageable
Training the stakeholders, communicating side by side with your teammates, and making sure that your materials are up to date. Basically, these are some of my day-to-day responsibilities in Change Management aka the training team.
