Your role

As a Horizons Participant, you will:

  • Rotate to 3 different IT roles and assignments to increase technology and domain depth and breadth
  • Be assigned a buddy and mentor to help you succeed in your role and assignments
  • Go through various trainings and on-the-job learning experiences to accelerate building your technical and domain skills while already adding value to Chevron
  • Work in Chevron’s global teams handling resources across different countries 

About you

Successful candidates for the IT Horizons Program position at Chevron Holdings Inc. have the following qualifications: 

  • Fresh graduate or young professionals with less than 2 years of work experience.
  • Background in information technology, management information systems, industrial engineering, and other computer/engineering related programs.
  • Excited to learn different IT tools and technologies.
  • Motivated to take various IT and Functional training.
  • Prepared to work with teams from multiple locations.
  • Possesses analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Awareness on the principle of Scrum-Agile framework (preferred)
