- Online operations management (daily platform monitoring, ratings tracking and analysis)
- Reputation management
- In-charge of handling social media accounts of the brand/s assigned
- Assist the Commercial Team with other projects
Commercial Marketing
- Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. This will include marketing/communication social media graphics, posters, digital billboards, and other marketing materials as needed
- Retouch/manipulate images
- In-charge of handling social media accounts of the brand/s assigned
- Assist the Commercial Team with other projects
Operations
- Inventory and warehouse management
- Logistics and route planning
- Time and motion studies for commissary production
- Assist the operations team in loading data to the system
- Recommend process improvement projects
Finance
- Assist with financial modeling
- Provide general accounting support
- Help with accounts receivable management
- Provide support for the annual budgeting process
- Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
- Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management
