Customer Service Representative (Insurance) (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance, including Life Annuity, 401K Plan, and Retirement accounts. 
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication. 
• Work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Adapt to shifting schedules and work onsite in Taguig.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have: 

• Completed at least two years of college or be a Senior High School graduate. 
• 0-18 months of BPO experience, preferably in insurance or finance. 
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills. 
• Flexibility to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
