RESPONSIBILITIES
- I know and talk to my users (in-store, online and on the field !) and the main actors of my sport, in order to establish a personal relationship with them.
- I am accountable for the business performance and profitability of my sport.
- Using my knowledge of the local market, I determine my layout plans and my products and services offers (in-store and online)
- I decide on the resources to implement, to ensure the safety of people and goods in my sport department.
- Accompanied by my leader, I decide on my personal development: Developing the skills related to my job or to other areas that I am passionate with (do what I love)
