RESPONSIBILITIES

• I know and talk to my users (in-store, online and on the field !) and the main actors of my sport, in order to establish a personal relationship with them.
• I am accountable for the business performance and profitability of my sport.
• Using my knowledge of the local market, I determine my layout plans and my products and services offers (in-store and online)
• I decide on the resources to implement, to ensure the safety of people and goods in my sport department.
• Accompanied by my leader, I decide on my personal development: Developing the skills related to my job or to other areas that I am passionate with (do what I love)

WORKING HOURS: This is a PART-TIME position requiring 2 or 3 days a week (8 hours shifts excluding lunch breaks). Your regular weekly schedule will depend on the needs of the project. We trust and expect you to organize your time and availability.
