What will your role be?

This role supports the Innovation R&D team across Shanghai and Sydney as well as the Commercialization team in Huntingwood to deliver the growth ambition for Australia.  In particular, fulfilling the samples requirements for Stakeholder Sign off of Innovation prototypes, production and distribution of samples for consumer research or customer sell in, preparation of samples for internal sensory testing.

This exciting opportunity will be Sydney HQ based, but individual will need to flex working between the Sydney and Huntingwood sites. Own transport is preferred.

This will be a 3 days a week position, for 12 months with opportunities to learn and grow within the team.

What does this role look like for you?

  • Accurately batch and carbonate, bottle, label products and ship products for research and sampling purposes.
  • Support Shanghai based liquid developers on production of Innovation prototypes and supports stakeholder tastings with sample preparation.
  • Monitors and replenishes ingredients supplies in the laboratory.
  • Support sensory testing through preparation of samples.
  • Actively participates in annual review of Risk Assessments and SOPs

What will you bring to the table?

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or proven experience equivalent.  Engineering or Applied Science Degree or recognised technical equivalent
  • Understands Good Lab Practices and after adequate training, independently conducts experiments including setting up, operating, maintaining and cleaning laboratory equipment
  • Understands and applies the basic principles and practices of at least one scientific discipline (e.g. chemistry, physics, biology) and familiar with others
  • Self-Starter and independent working attitude
  • Accurate and meticulous working individual
  • Keen attention to detail and proud of the quality within their work
  • Flexibility with change and ambiguity
  • Clear communication within cross functional teams
