Dolby currently is very flexible. I work 1 day in the office per week. This might also be because my manager and half my team is in the US, so going into the office does not necessarily mean the whole team is available anyway.

Dolby is very flexible with work hours - you can work at different times of the day to better suit your schedule as well as having a mixture of remote or in person hours.
