Your role
- Identify customer documentation requirements and specifications, and review customer data and documentation requirements against factory standards.
- Enter data, orders, and items into business systems.
- Submit requests for product model setups.
- Advance requests for model creation to the appropriate support group.
- Escalate model configuration issues to the product configuration solutions team.
- Participate in projects related to quality improvement such as Think Customer, Quality Management System, Perfect Execution, etc.
Training & development
You will be trained in the development, use, and upkeep of GRC and risk assessment tools. You will support other GRC functions, such as compliance, security awareness, and information security policy development, and assist in the generation of GRC compliance reports. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Process Controls, or related courses.
- Materials Selection and Understanding.
- Basic knowledge of Office365 applications.
