Salary at Emerson

somehow it is quite lower than I expected but as an entry level, it is good but hoping it to increase since the deductions have a great impact on the salary

As an intern, it is actually good because some of the companies don't give allowances on trainees.

As of now, as a fresh graduates its really happy that my pay is good.

As an intern, my experience with pay and bonuses at Emerson was limited to the internship stipend, which was competitive and reflective of the industry standards for such roles. While I didn’t have direct experience with the company’s broader compensation structure, I observed that Emerson values fair compensation and rewards performance.

For an intern, the allowance was good. Some company doesn't have allowance. Since it is a blended WFH arrangement, our allowance is great for us students.

The pay commensurate with the workload.

I must say that the company is generous in giving incentives and the basic pay is quite competitive.

Emerson have AVEGA, Dental, and outside activities which is the team building, and food allowance.

As an intern, I had the opportunity to enjoy several perks, such as receiving a welcome kit with items like a lunchbox and tumbler, as well as benefiting from the flexible work arrangements. Emerson also hosted a graduation event for all the interns, creating a valuable opportunity for us to expand our professional networks and engage with various supervisors. This event was designed to celebrate our accomplishments and facilitate meaningful interactions with key individuals within the company. By bringing together interns and supervisors in a more informal setting, the event allowed us to build relationships, seek career advice, and gain insights into different departments and roles within the organization.

The best perks that I've received are free food during meetings, seminars, and events.

As an intern, I have experienced having a free dinner after I was invited to join the Team Dinner to celebrate the success of leading/organizing the General Assembly. Other than that, I don't have any of these perks since I'm an intern.
