Was fairly slow and hard to reach anybody

There was an assessment day where the interviews and secondary assessments where held. Candidates where invited into the office for the day to complete the various activities

Interviews and assessments were positively framed and informal.

Everyone was friendly and approachable during the process! The only thing I would say is the case study can be a bit tricky if you aren't from a commerce background.

Good, covered a lot. Gave me enough opportunities to get to know the organisation and presented a realistic view of what working there would be like and what the people were like.

Standard behavioral interview questions

Lots of scenario based questions - e.g. you have a lot of project due at once, can you think of when this happened and how you dealt with it. Challenging situation - what did you do and what did you learn, those types of questions. Also some about the role I applied for "why this role? what do you think it does?"

Dependent on team - CCaSS was more focused on my core passions, what experiences I had, what brought me to do work on sustainability,

Get to know people in the company

Be yourself as you also need to figure out if the company culture is also for you - but also make sure to prepare for the interview in advance

Confidence

Be a true / honest version of yourself in the interview, don't be afraid to show your personality. Get to know the company - do some research .

Be prepared, know the work the team does, read up the company's thought leadership.
