Accounts Payable Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

The Accounts Payable Intern will be responsible for the following duties below:

• Perform posting of third-party invoices.
• Support the Accounts Payable Team by indexing invoices and identifying Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order transactions.
• Respond timely to prompt requests (urgent invoices).

About you

To apply, your profile must be the following:

• You are actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related.
• You have basic knowledge of various Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• School/University MOA and Endorsement Letter.
• You demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• You have great interpersonal and English communication skills.
• You enjoy participating in extra-curricular activities and you are a team player.
• You value and appreciate diversity and understand cultural sensitivity.
