Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Attend and support RCA sessions to identify process issues.
- Participate in process review and assessment sessions.
- Shadow CI Leads when applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support ideation sessions by organizing data for process improvements.
- Assist in preparing for CI meetings and creating follow-up summaries.
- Create and update process maps using Microsoft Visio and UiPath Task Capture.
- Document CI initiatives and maintain compliance with governance guidelines.
- Monitor and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementations.
- Assist RPA developers in identifying and documenting issues.
- Prepare updates for stakeholders on CI projects.
- Collaborate on developing training materials for internal stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate:
- Is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has basic communication skills and an interest in creating presentations.
- Has experience in handling school events or projects (preferred).
- Is interested in learning process improvement and automation tools.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Training & Development
