Master Data Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

The Master Data Intern will be responsible for the following duties below:

• Prepares master data extraction needed by the different business stakeholders.
• Consolidate, request approval, release, and archive Monthly Reports for Master Data.
• Perform Global Idoc extraction, assign and monitor status.
• Perform SNOW assignment and monitoring.
• Bi-annual review of users with administrative access to Certification.
• Review of Software Version Control.
• Quarterly control to validate that there is no change to DAM Rules in Certification.

About you

To apply, your profile must be the following:

• You are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related.
• You have basic knowledge of various Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• School/University MOA and Endorsement Letter.
• You demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• You have great interpersonal and English communication skills.
• You enjoy participating in extra-curricular activities and you are a team player.
• You value and appreciate diversity and understand cultural sensitivity.
