Your role
As an intern, you are expected to:
Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing and executing sourcing and recruiting activities to fill critical roles in the region and executing sourcing and recruiting activities to fill critical roles in the region
Talent mapping and profiling of critical sales and marketing talents.
Collaborate with recruiters and source/s in establishing and leading external candidate sourcing strategies including, but not limited to, creation and posting of job ads in traditional and non-traditional channels and candidate pipelining and phone screening.
About you
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
Basic knowledge in various Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
School/University MOA and Endorsement Letter
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to details
You have great interpersonal and English communication skills
You enjoy participating in extra-curricular activities and you are a team player
You value and appreciate diversity and understand cultural sensitivity
