Functions :
- Grow client base through new partnerships, building segmentation and engagement strategy, and prioritizing retention
- Lead the creation and management of webstores
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Departments to gather feedback for the improvement of customer experience
- Drive growth and best-in-class customer experience by analyzing and leveraging key insights from, but not limited to, market research; developing new features and services; and finding scalable ways to create and maintain webstores
- Develop ideas for and manage implementation of campaigns
- Ensure steady and robust execution by your team in delivering exceptional experiences for our client
- Develop and establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholder
- Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. payment gateways, logistics providers)
Candidate Specifications :
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Business-related degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- Able to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Ability to use Photoshop is a plus
