Accessible but communication between staff could be improved. Staff gets told conflicting information

Overall, in my time in Harvey Norman, the mentors have been really bad. I only had one good mentor in my team. Most were to busy. I explained this to the graduate team several times, it fell on deaf ears. I even tried to pick my own mentor, they were like no, not happening.
