Your role
- Development of new software according to different business requirements
- Ensure quality of deliverables by adhering to project standards
- Perform code review of programs written by peers
- Perform unit and system integration testing
- Resolve complex system bugs and issues identified during all phases of testing
- Monitoring and configuration of deployed applications

About you
- Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (with experience during internship/thesis project using a java programming language is a plus)
- Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Maven, Gradle, Hibernate, REST API, GIT
- Experience with PHP, Laravel, VueJS
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL databases
- Hands-on experience of UNIX based systems with shell scripting

As DevOps, my role is to support and work directly with different scrum teams to solve request and tasks including deployments following certain processes. Creating automation in minimizing manual tasks, monitoring and maintaining DevOps tools.
The workload that I receive is usually the amount of work a junior should get. The day to day tasks are sometimes challenging but not impossible to work on as a junior.
Providing incentives to CA's, develops a data-centric method in incentive schema to CA's, analyzes their performance (and also connect it to make data-driven decisions), plus ad hoc tasks

Pros
Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.
The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.
What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.
The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.
HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.
Cons
The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.
The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.
Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.
Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.
Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
