What you will do:

  • Configuration and management of AI Systems, including third-party software, to align them with fulfilling business operations and goals.
  • Data-driven optimization of AI System configurations and method of implementation to achieve targeted business results.
  • Alignment of business requirements from AI with AI technology capabilities.
  • Solution design for AI integration into key business functions for smooth implementation, and maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support strategies for business units utilizing AI technology through collaboration with AI Teams and technology providers.
  • Regularly review the data available from provider UIs and share with AI Team to ensure alignment with business operations and maintain service level.
  • Raise potential issues discovered with AI Team and/or IT and support in troubleshooting.
  • Manage changes within the AI System and business requirements/functions to continue achieving business goals with AI.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree from a university in the field of Mathematics, IT, Economics, Business, or Engineering or related.
  • 1-2 years of technical background and expertise in IT systems and Uis (API, networking, servers, etc.
  • Capability to use programming languages such as Javascript and Python.
  • Advantage if with SQL experience.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate with senior management
  • Understanding of working with ML (Machine Learning)
  • Experience in Developing Call Flows in AI-enabled platform
  • Knowledge of VOIP Telephony Setup
  • Understanding of ASTERISK server usage for integration purposes of AI-enabled platform with Outbound call center setup
  • Vendor Management skills (collaboration and communication)
  • Understanding of JSON/CSV data structure
  • Basic Data Mining skills - extracting and discovering patterns in large datasets

Pros and cons of working at Home Credit Philippines

Pros

  • Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.

  • The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.

  • What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.

  • The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.

  • HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.

Cons

    • The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.

    • The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.

    • Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.

    • Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.

    • Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
