What you will do:
- Monitors compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
- Prepares for regulatory audit by conducting appropriate research, leading the conduct of compliance testing and supporting the management in mitigating compliance risks.
- Analyzes and assesses information obtained through interview, observation and inspection.
- Conducts root cause analysis for problem-solving and timely communicates potential issues to business unit leads and managers and provides support in the mitigation of compliance risk.
- Validates the result of compliance testing.
What you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least two (2) years of work experience in Compliance Department, particularly in Compliance Testing, or Internal Audit Department, in a bank or financial institution.
- Has a good command of the English language, both in speaking and in writing.
- Has good knowledge of the regulations issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other regulatory bodies.
- Analytical mind, problem solving, organized and can be trusted to pay attention to details.

Pros
Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.
The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.
What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.
The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.
HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.
Cons
The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.
The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.
Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.
Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.
Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
