Your role

  • Delivers timely reportorial requirements within Custex, such as but not limited to KPI monitoring reports per product and channel, campaign performance, product acquisition and usage volumes, customer feedback, and NPS analysis.
  • Provides in-depth analysis and interpretation of data in the reports, with deep dive into the root cause, and trend review, and uses predictive modeling to come up with quantitative projections.
  • Collects data from various data sources in Home Credit, ensures confidentiality, data quality, and integrity, and designs dashboards necessary for data visualization.
  • Ensures product and campaign documentation in Home Credit's systems are up-to-date.

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel and advanced logical formulas including macros, data checks, logical statements, and mathematical calculations.
  • Basic skills in data visualization such as the use of graphs, flow charts, and imagery for data design.
  • Outstanding insight and analytical thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Pros and cons of working at Home Credit Philippines

Pros

  • Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.

  • The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.

  • What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.

  • The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.

  • HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.

Cons

    • The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.

    • The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.

    • Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.

    • Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.

    • Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
