The objective of this role is to provide support in establishing a safe and healthy workplace and provide support for compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

About The Job

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • printing of demand letters, client statements of account, left message notes and other related field documents 
  • answer and address escalated concerns of the field through a Jira ticket and/or email 
  • create an incident report to HR People Relations for escalated violations from field management 
  • Assist Field Supervisors in supervising Field Officers through visit monitoring via geolocation checking and visit file record 
  • Coordinate with necessary departments/teams for collection-related issues including but not limited to:  
  • Request an inventory field devices 
  • Onboarding of new hires to the field includes uploading in MUCH web and equipment request 
  • Attendance monitoring to ensure proper payment to the Field officer in terms of salary and other payments related to attendance 
  • Process any reimbursement of Field expenses related to field collection activity 
  • Ensure address clientsโ€™ complaints escalated through Jira tickets and email 
  • Collaboration with the quality team for visit improvement of the field 
  • Supports management in the implementation of Collections process and initiatives/projects 

What You Need To Have:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Good communication skills

Pros

  • Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.

  • The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.

  • What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.

  • The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.

  • HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.

Cons

    • The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.

    • The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.

    • Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.

    • Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.

    • Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
