What can you expect for the first 6 months of HYPE?
Job Immersion: 70%
Compile, build, and analyze data to make conclusions that help streamline processes. Responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are informed on the status of the queries, issues, and concerns by collecting necessary and relevant information
- Designs, maintains, and improves reports and dashboards to help generate meaningful insights
- Manages overall data from a variety of sources
- Develops, and automates queries and scripts for process improvements
- Performs special projects and quantitative analyses on data for trends and patterns
- Present findings to the stakeholders
- Prepares and provides accurate and timely reports
- Assist other functions with data needs and technical concerns

As DevOps, my role is to support and work directly with different scrum teams to solve request and tasks including deployments following certain processes. Creating automation in minimizing manual tasks, monitoring and maintaining DevOps tools.
The workload that I receive is usually the amount of work a junior should get. The day to day tasks are sometimes challenging but not impossible to work on as a junior.

Pros and cons of working at Home Credit Philippines
Pros
Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.
The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.
What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.
The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.
HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.
Cons
The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.
The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.
Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.
Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.
Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
