OSH Associate (Start ASAP)

The objective of this role is to provide support in establishing a safe and healthy workplace and provide support for compliance to Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

About The Job

What You’ll Do:

• Regularly update a monitoring file for OSH compliance consisting of laws, regulations, ordinances, and similar requirements relevant to Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) from all authorities with jurisdiction over the business operations
• Liaise with law enforcement and other investigators at the time of required inspections and work-related incidents.
• Prepares OSH communications and reports based on the provided data. Prepares and facilitates OSH activities for employees’ health and safety promotion.
• Monitors employees’ compliance with mandatory courses.
• Coordinates with HC Clinic any medical assistance request from employees (Blood Request, Emergency Transportation, Cash Assistance Liquidation, etc.)
• Facilitates yearly APE for HC employees. Facilitates application/renewal for LGU/ other government requirements.
• Coordinates with concerned departments / PICs for the renewal of LGU requirements

What You Need To Have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and must possess the ability to conduct research via the internet and varied sources (Vlookup and PowerPoint presentation)
