Your responsibilities

  • Creation of metrics to evaluate new and existing sales products
  • Analysis and optimization of sales performance including volume and profitability impact
  • Identification of gaps or opportunities for improvement
  • Forecasting of sales applications, contracts, and volume for target-setting
  • Analysis of sales performance gaps and propose ways to solve them
  • Development of incentive scheme and handling incentive calculations engine for sales network
  • Support the sales network in making reports available via Power BI, OBIEE, or other platforms
  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide managers in making business decisions

About you

  • Organizational skills and ability to independently handle daily tasks
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Extensive MS Office software skills; MS Excel proficiency
  • SQL scripts programming
  • Data modeling and strong business analysis skills
  • Model deployment including OBIEE reports, Power BI reports/dashboards
  • R or Python programming skills (preferable)

Pros and cons of working at Home Credit Philippines

Pros

  • Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.

  • The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.

  • What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.

  • The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.

  • HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.

Cons

    • The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.

    • The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.

    • Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.

    • Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.

    • Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
