What you will do:
- Mapping out employee journeys for different segments of employees to extensively describe existing employee experience (EX).
- Analyzing user behavior and usage analytics for all the systems being utilized by employees to define potential gaps, which compromise the adoption of HR products, systems, and tools.
- Organizing the activities to engage current employees into EX redesign via “live the experience” events, focus groups, interviews, etc.
- Defining and implementing actions to improve EX and drive better utilization of HR products, systems, and tools.
- Doing business process analysis and redesign as per internal demand.
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience as (any of or combined) business analyst, customer experience analyst, customer/system support analyst/specialist.
- Sound additional training (can be self-paced) in the following domains: customer journey maps, business analysis, design, market/customer research, customer definition, etc.

Pros
Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.
The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.
What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.
The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.
HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.
Cons
The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.
The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.
Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.
Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.
Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
