Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The company fosters collaborative and inclusive environment. Everyone has the chance to contribute their ideas and participate in decision-making processes. Approachable managers and team leaders which maintains open communication to the team. Colleagues supports each other by providing assistance to difficult tasks to better achieve common goals. We often have organized events such as happy hours, team outings, and casual get-togethers that help strengthen relationships outside of the work environment.

The office feels welcoming and it feels like a place to work but also a place where you can spend time with people without feeling much pressure. After hours, our team usually goes out for team dinners.

In my team, since we are more on operational, we tend to be more serious on culture system here, so it was compromised. The other teams in the department I saw are happy with their culture though.

No small roles: in every deployment, the role of software tester is always included in the meeting invites. Always feel included and important :)

The people in my office are easy to get along with. When it comes to work, the authority and hierarchy is evident and respected by all. However, outside office hours, we immerse ourselves in activities and conversations that allow us to get to know each other more and have fun.

HCPH fosters a healthy work-life balance by having flexible working schedule. Overtime is very rare as life after work is heavily respected and prioritized to ensure that employees are healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally. Collaborations within the company are healthy. Employees are respectful and fosters a good interpersonal relationship. They are also willing to help whoever is in need of support may it be work-related or personal. My department and team, specifically, are very welcoming from the very first day. They take great effort to ensure that new employees, no matter the background and experience, feel at home.

What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline "No small roles, everyone is important." because even when I was just starting in HC, my work seniors were very respectful and supportive, and they did not treat me any differently. The culture after hours is the best because I really get along with my teammates and other colleagues during work and nonwork activities. We also do a lot of events and trainings where we can socialize with colleagues in both similar and different roles.

The 'No small roles' motto of our company is truly embodied in our work culture. We value and respect every member of our team, regardless of their position or title. Everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and contribute to the ideation process. Higher-ups and stakeholders are also approachable and receptive to feedback from all levels of the organization.

During office hours, managers or those with higher position are working and communicating professionally especially when if it's about work. But employees, no matter what position they have, still get along with each other and have fun.

Having a very open team and company - being able to have both serious and happy/relaxed time. Tasks are really divided and if one needs help, everyone is approachable and helpful.
Level 2, Metro Manila - 09 Nov 2023
It is easy to adopt in the company culture. Colleagues are great and will help you in your task. Sharing of knowledge and constant training amongst the team. Weekly meetings and collaboration which is helpful in sharing and solving issues in different tasks. Easy to socialize as there is collaboration in the office and working at home as well.

I can say that the working environment here is non-toxic. Colleagues look for each other and help them whenever they need. Managers and team leaders are very approachable and hands-on with their team. Also executive officers join employees with some of the activities that is held within the company, and they are very friendly too.

They do not recommend OT which is good to balance life and work.

Everyone calls each other by their first name so you can never feel that there's a hierarchy. Collaboration is the best since everyone is very open to discussions and everyone is approachable. I like that even if home credit is a big company, they still support work-life balance.

There is no seniority in the company.

The working environment is healthy and everyone respects your time after hours which is the most important thing. There is work-life balance and you get to enjoy doing the things you love. The cooperation and teamwork are practiced well in the company. You can freely ask anyone a question about something you're not familiar of, and they happily accommodate you with an answer. Everyone is fun to work with during and after work hours. Positivity is apparent in the workplace.
