Everyone is welcome.

I think our company is quite open to all types of individuals and I haven't noticed any discrimination.

They only criticize your work not on who you are. They also didn't look on your pas background (ie whether you have proper education or not, etc) as long as you have the skill to strive in your work.

We are very committed to learning and adapting to the changes in society, especially about how a workplace should be more diverse and accepting of people from different walks of life. There are different learning sessions we conduct to cater to such.

While the company still has a long way to go to ensure diversity within its members, the company is doing its best in promoting it in and out of the company.

We have employees of all ages, race, and gender. They also offer different clubs like PRIDE, and other hobbies.

My company fosters diversity and inclusion, with a strong commitment to supporting women, ethnic minorities, and the LGBTQIA+ community. We celebrate LGBTQ+ events and International Women's Day, and we actively participate in external events that promote diversity. We also offer generous maternity and paternity leave, as well as same-sex partner health insurance coverage.
