Manager can be approachable, open to communicate expectations to the team. Occassional one-on-one meeting. Has performance feedback once a year.

My manager is a reasonable person. I feel that they are very responsible and really do care for the people that they manage. I'm already learning a lot from them not only for my technical skills but also with my work ethics.
