In terms of salary and bonus, I would say that my company is very generous. I am compensated well and have been given a high base salary rate compared to the normal base salary rate, given that I'm new in the industry.

Company pays a decent salary. We also have annual bonuses and 13th month pay. However we are not allowed to do overtime at work since we don't have overtime pay. So if ever we really need to work overtime, we are allowed to file it as offset hours.

When travelling from one office to another and also after an onsite OT, our grab fare are paid for by the company regardless how expensive or cheap it is.
