9.4
9.4 rating for Training, based on 28 reviews
Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
In terms of technical trainings, the company provides benefits of company-paid self-enrollment courses. They allow employees to upskill in their own pace. For the informal training within the team, with supportive teammates, it is easier to familiarize the company processes and day-to-day work. With just a few months, you can be equipped to be assigned to support a scrum team.

It was great. Not that easy to digest but I eventually got the hang of almost everything that I've been taught by my seniors.

In my department, they have equipped me with all of the tools and resources for me to persevere in this extreme environment given that I have zero knowledge in all of this.

I always attend and do the activities for our internal Bi-Weekly Meeting, the meeting is for all software testers across the domain. I learned a lot about not just my project but the other testers project too. Insight and overview to their projects and testing.

My company puts high importance on trainings and developments, which I myself recently participated in. It was rather eye-opening since I get to somehow get a glimpse of what happens on the ground.

I was hired right after graduating and was fortunate to join the first batch of bootcamp for new hires. The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup. After the bootcamp however, I was not assigned to a scrum team but rather a team of Testers. This came with its own learning curve, as the bootcamp was more tailored to the process within a scrum team. But in terms of knowledge about the products of Home Credit, it really helped me a lot. I did not have to adjust that much in that part.

There is available training sessions that depends on schedule provided by the company. There is also learning materials and tools where there are available self-paced courses. As of this moment, I am still in the process learning and adapting the modern tools and technologies used by the company.

For the informal trainings, we conduct knowledge transfer where regular employees teach the new ones about the work that will be given to them. For the formal trainings, we are enrolled in courses in Udemy that are related to our work.

The company has a lot of opportunities for their employees to flourish in their chosen career paths. That is why they have various training and development programs you can take part in. I have had an immersion training with agents and it was one of my memorable experiences.
