In our team, working hours are flexible but still have a specific assigned time in. The typical workday starts at 9 AM to 6 PM, however whenever there are deployment activities at night, you might have to work beyond 10 PM. There are also weekend support that are assigned by a team leader. However since there's a flexibility of working remotely, it is also easier to ensure collaboration and communication within the team using digital technologies available.

It's reasonable and superiors won't force you to stay after your shift.
Graduate, Taguig - 10 Sep 2024
Aside some days, we are able to have a flexible time shift. My only reason on why I didn't give high score is because we are more encouraged to go to office for some reason instead of doing hybrid setup.

My working hours are 8 hours from 9 am to 6 pm. I can work in office, work from home or cafe shop.

Technically, I'm supposed to work 8 hours a day but I render a lot overtime these days due to the increase in workload.

The company follows a hybrid set-up, requiring employees to work on-site 3x a week. However, most teams and departments are flexible in terms of onsite schedule as well as time in and time out. You can enter the office as early as 6AM or as late as 10AM as long as you complete your 8 working hours for the day. This is very attractive for night owls like me who likes my bed a little too much. Because of this flexibility, most employees get to pursue their interests outside work. Thus, some of us are singers, vloggers, band members, etc.

HC is very output based. It doesn't matter how much or how little work hours you did for the day, you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.
As for the overtimes, they are warranted given our role, but I have no issues with it since it's always paid.

Working hours is not strict. You can adjust your schedule at your desired work hour. Although depending on your task, it can change. Dividing working hours as well is possible as long as you have the permission on your superior. Hybrid setup is also a good to have in here.
Graduate, Taguig City - 09 Nov 2023
Flexible working hours and no mandatory over time
Level 2, Metro Manila - 09 Nov 2023
We have a hybrid setup in our company. My schedule is from Monday to Friday. Monday, Tuesday and Friday we are working remotely and Wednesday and Thursday is our office day. Our original work shift is from 9AM to 6PM of those days. However we are allowed to sign-out early if ever we sign-in early as long as we finished working 8 hours.

Well having a hybrid set up is pretty flexible
