Honeywell has a great mix of diversity across the business. Honeywell actively pushes its inclusion and diversity portfolio to all Honeywell staff. They have numerous communities that regularly connect with each other and reach out organising events and information sessions that all employees have access too. They also have numerous support networks for those in need.

Have not encountered any issues in regards to discrimination within the company. The employee cohort is inviting and very diverse. Honeywell is focused on recruiting the best talent, and ensure everyone needs are met during the recruitment processes, and beyond. They have a relatively high retention rate with many employees having been the company for 15, 20, 30, 40+ years.

I think the recruited employees are come from all types of backgrounds, some have studied master degrees, some are still at university, others have worked multiple jobs first. Different races, religion and genders have all been hired.
