Your Role   

We run a rotational program where you’ll be exposed to: 

• Foundational HR – people operations, people assistance/advice and strategy.   
• Growing HR – HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition.  
• Specialist HR – Safety & Wellbeing, Employee Relations, Remuneration & Benefits.

As a Human Resources Graduate in our PP&R division, you’ll have exposure to a varied range of HR and People-related activities. Key responsibilities could include: 

• Supporting our People Operations and People Connect teams with the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding and employee enquiries 
• Supporting stakeholders with managing people and performance-related matters 
• Assisting with remuneration benchmarking and review 
• Supporting with people strategy, people plan initiatives including DEI, culture and capability. 

Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).

Requirements   

• A university degree or higher (from 2023-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2025 – Human Resources Management, Business or related academic background 
• A credit average achievement (65%+), and   
• Are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
