Responsibilities
This specialty requires Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge in order to perform supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise. Activities may include but are not limited to contract audit and registration, order, billing, disputes resolution and end-to end transactions in medium-high level complexity. In addition, people in this specialty are responsible for accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. This role may require leading conference calls with stakeholders and aligned functions as necessary to solve operational challenges.
Part of this role is to participate in squad’s metric review and support the implementation of the team’s performance improvement opportunities but will remain responsible for their own individual metrics. They also execute defined fulfillment processes, in line with business controls and meet business objectives, and order to cash integration.

- Good operational knowledge – can understand business measurements and operational systems put in place to monitor and track operational performance.

- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and speed
- Quote to Cash Process and Tools, specifically iERP knowledge is a plus
