Junior Research Analyst (Fresh Graduates) (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Analyze proxy statements for shareholder meetings of publicly traded companies.
• Write research reports and issue proxy vote recommendations based on ISS policy guidelines.
• Maintain an understanding of compensation, board, and shareholder rights issues.
• Respond to internal or external queries on research reports and discuss policy issues.
• Participate in working committees and special projects.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• * A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge in investment analysis, financial research, or a business-related area.
• Basic analytical skills and financial understanding of investment issues.
• Understanding of corporate governance, corporate transactions, and capital markets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work extended hours during the Proxy Season.
• Availability for full-time contractual employment lasting 5 to 6 months.
