IT BEGINS WITH HR INITIAL INTERVIEW, THEN AFTER ABOUT 3 - 4 DAYS, THEY WILL INTERVIEW WITH THE DEPARTMENT YOU'LL WORK FOR, SPECIALLY THE IT MANAGER. THE DAY AFTER THAT THEY WILL ASK YOU THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO CALL THE REFERENCE FROM YOUR CV OR RESUME AND TALK TO THEM MORE ABOUT THE APPLICANT. AND THEN IF YOU PASS THE HIRING PROCESS, THEY WILL HAVE THE FINAL INTERVIEW WHICH THE HR WILL EXPLAIN THE WORK AND BENEFITS THEN THEY, FINALLY THE CONTRACT SIGNING.

What are your strengths? And since I graduated post-pandemic COVID-19, the management ask me if I am okay to work everyday to build camaraderie with my colleagues .
