Application Process & Interviews at Integrated Computer Systems

In my case, the recruitment process was surprisingly fast and not worrisome. I felt a sense of security and love both for the work and the management.

The hiring process is quite satisfactory as they consistently update you and set proper expectations. When it comes to assessing the individuals, you are assessed accordingly depending on the role you apply for.

The interview process was interesting and the hiring personnel was accommodating however my hiring process took a few months.

IT BEGINS WITH HR INITIAL INTERVIEW, THEN AFTER ABOUT 3 - 4 DAYS, THEY WILL INTERVIEW WITH THE DEPARTMENT YOU'LL WORK FOR, SPECIALLY THE IT MANAGER. THE DAY AFTER THAT THEY WILL ASK YOU THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO CALL THE REFERENCE FROM YOUR CV OR RESUME AND TALK TO THEM MORE ABOUT THE APPLICANT. AND THEN IF YOU PASS THE HIRING PROCESS, THEY WILL HAVE THE FINAL INTERVIEW WHICH THE HR WILL EXPLAIN THE WORK AND BENEFITS THEN THEY, FINALLY THE CONTRACT SIGNING.

HR Assessment - Final Interview or Panel Interview depending on the position to fill-in (With technical presentations on selected positions) - Background Checking - Job Offer - Processing of the requirements - Start Date *Processing differs based on the positions to fill-in*

In my case, since I applied before my collegiate graduation, I can say the usual such as: When is your graduation? After graduation are you willing to start on this day? What is your plan? What are your strengths? And since I graduated post-pandemic COVID-19, the management ask me if I am okay to work everyday to build camaraderie with my colleagues .

The usual background check questions and mostly what experiences have you had.

The questions were related to the specific job such as what is your background, level of expertise, and what ifs scenarios.

ABOUT MYSELF, EXPERIENCE AND ABOUT WORK

I can't really remember because it happened way too long ago.

I can say that It's okay to be prepared, but it's much better to feel at ease before your interview. Calm your mind of the "what ifs", just be yourself and answer the questions from your heart.

Its best to ask questions about details on the role you are applying for.

Read and research tech news about the desired/target technology. The interviewee must be able to break the info down into a high-level summary.

They should always come in ready physically and mentally.
