Salary at Integrated Computer Systems

Salary is close to minimum, but bearable.

Although the pay is decent for a fresh graduate, I still feel a bit unsatisfied. As a person living away from my parents, the pay can seem a bit lacking especially when you are trying to sustain yourself. Bonuses seem to be decent especially when the company overall does great.

Bonuses are subject to the company's performance. Pay grade is good for fresh grad.

HOPING THAT THERE IS ALWAYS BONUS ON DECEMBER OTHER THAN THE 13TH MONTH PAY, EVEN THOUGH MY SALARY IS LOW I AM SURPRISED BECAUSE OF LAST YEAR'S DECEMBER BONUSES

It can compensate my expenses but not fully cover my needs. I guess it depends on how we treat our own pay. In my case, I have many on my plate that I need to spend my salary into.

I hope by a year or two I received a much deserve salary.

The health insurance and accommodating leave policies are great. They also provide appropriate reimbursements subject for approval.

No transport allowance, travels are subject to reimbursement. The benefits are generic mandated benefits such as health insurance, etc.

The company covers the basic benefits any company may be able to offer. We do have health and life insurances, leave credits, company events, we used to have Christmas baskets, and others.

In ICS, especially if we have activities, the company always provide food allowances or food itself during the events.
