Responsibilities:
- Conduct New Hires Orientation
- Coordination with training companies for public and in-house training conducted by external facilitators
- Preparation and monitoring of training bond
- Assistance on employee engagement events and activities
- Support to training programs
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business, Social Science, Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
- At least 1-year experience as Training Assistant or exposure to employee engagement.
- Detail-oriented and has very good interpersonal relations
- Effective in oral & written communication

We only report 9 hours of working a day, 5 days a week being under a compressed workweek schedule.
Cons
The pay scale is not up to par with other IT-based professions within the industry.
I believe that by engaging in more diverse and complex tasks, I can grow more quickly.
Inconsistent work expectations due to people having differing standards.
Nothing, except for the distance from home, which is more of a personal issue.
The room is spacious, the location is commuter-friendly, and the facilities are relatively old in comparison.
